Chocolate cake (hindi)

CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients

1. 4 eggs

2.11/4 cup powdered sugar

3. 1 cup flour (maida)

4. 1/2 cup cocoa

5. 1/2 level teaspoon baking powder

6. a pinch of mitha soda

7. 3/4 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

1 sift together flour(maida),cocoa,baking powder,mitha soda.

2 beat together egg & sugar very well. add essence

3. add oil gradually beating mixture lightly.

4 fold a flour a little at a time, with wooden spoon till all the flour used up.

5. pour into a greased baking tin of 8 inch diameter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes.

6. let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
